What it is
Playing Arma 3 — a big, realistic war game — as a coordinated team instead of as individuals. Everyone works to a plan, in different roles, talking over voice.
What an operation looks like
A short brief, then an hour or two of moving, watching and working together to get something done — and a quick chat afterwards about how it went.
Your first few times
Stick with your team, listen, and don't worry. Everyone around you was new once, and we like it that way.
Is it for me?
If you like teamwork and don’t mind being shown — yes.
You don’t need to be good at shooters, you don’t need military knowledge, and you don’t need loads of free time. Being easy to get along with and happy to learn matters far more.
